That transaction is different from passive advertising tracking. The form should disclose the relevant parties and data practices before submission. Saving a browser preference on this page does not prevent information necessary to complete a request you specifically initiate from being transmitted.

Reading the site does not authorize us to obtain your credit report, credit score, Social Security number, or bank account information from a consumer reporting agency or financial institution.

California, Colorado, and other state privacy laws may provide qualifying consumers with rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, opting out of sale or targeted advertising, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, appeals, and non-discrimination. California defines sale and sharing broadly.

Credit Consensus Index is funded partly through advertising, affiliate referrals, lead generation, attribution, and measurement. Readers should have clear information about those practices and privacy controls where applicable.
